It has been one month since I had double jaw surgery from Yi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin~~ For over 10 years, my face looked flat, my chin looked long, and my long face was my biggest complex, so I worried a lot. Because it was such a major surgery, I researched carefully, and after looking at reviews and before-and-after photos, I chose Yi Oral Surgery! From the consultation to the explanation of the surgery process and everything else, I felt the whole process was systematic, and that made me choose it. Now that I have actually had the surgery, they also check my progress carefully, so recovery feels much more comfortable psychologically! There is still quite a bit of swelling in the lower part, so sometimes it feels like there is not much difference from weeks 2 to 3, but they also said that at the 1-month stage after double jaw surgery there is still a lot of swelling, and my body type is one that swells easily, so I am trying not to be impatient! Still, every time I look in the mirror, I can gradually see that my face shape and midface look much more refined than before, so I do feel satisfied More than anything, I am eating much better than I expected, and daily life is not very uncomfortable, so recovery itself seems to be going quite well! I am still recovering, so the swelling has to go down more, but I am looking forward to how the face line will settle, and if you have been worried about a long face or chin line, I think it would be worth considering double jaw surgery or double jaw plus contouring!!
