Nose Re-Surgery

Revision Nose Surgery Without Implants, Donor Costal Cartilage Review

About 5 years ago I had my first surgery at another hospital with a no-implant nose tip procedure. It was very natural, and over time a lot of it was absorbed, so it was honestly a nose that was hard to believe had been operated on at all... My nose tip had always been droopy, and as time passed it returned to its original state, so I started thinking about revision surgery. While looking for a hospital for revision surgery, I found that Lowell had good reviews for revision nose surgery, and even though it was a revision, I was able to have the surgery at a reasonable price with the event price listed in the app, without any extra charge. I did not want the height to be too dramatic, so I had the bridge done without an implant and the tip done with donor costal cartilage and ear cartilage, so only the tip was treated. During my first surgery, the bleeding would not stop at all, so I really, really suffered, and the first week was pure hell, so I had actually kept putting off revision surgery Even when I consulted with Dr. Kim Jae-yoon, I told him about the bleeding issue first before anything else. Right after surgery, while the gauze was in place, it was hard, but the moment the gauze came out, it was not as painful as my first surgery. That alone made me so happy My mucous membrane was swollen, but it was not to the point that I could not breathe at all, and recovery over that first week was relatively fast. Every time I went to the hospital, they also did the disinfection treatment carefully. Right after surgery, I really liked the shape and height. During the first 1-2 months I was still a bit swollen lol Since I already knew that from my first surgery, it did not bother me much, but I still liked the shape itself and the height of the tip. Now it has been over 3 months, and it feels like the shape of my nose is gradually settling and relaxing. People around me all told me not to do revision surgery, but after seeing how it settled in, they said it turned out naturally and well haha Now I am hardly uncomfortable at all, and the tip is loosening up quite a bit. I am also doing exercise and other activities well haha
