After my first nose surgery at another hospital, my nasal tip dropped and my nose overall became lower, so I was worried and wanted a place that would look at everything in detail from consultation to treatment this time rather than a large hospital. I wanted to go to a hospital confident in autologous costal cartilage, so I searched a lot for autologous costal cartilage and revision rhinoplasty, and Lowell Plastic Surgery really stood out. So I went for a consultation right away. I had a consultation with Dr. Kim Jae-yun! I asked a ton of questions about wanting to do this and that, but the doctor explained everything in detail, which gave me confidence. Even just from YouTube, he emphasized the nasal tip a lot, and after surgery I understood why he emphasized the tip so much. Now, at 3 weeks post-op, everyone around me already says the tip is pretty. I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage, just as I had originally researched. I went for a consultation after applying for an event on the app, and I was honestly surprised when they said the quoted amount would be exactly the same at the consultation. I was able to have surgery at a good price! Even though it has only been 3 weeks, the front view has become much more mature and sophisticated, and the side view has become more feminine. The remaining swelling went down quickly too, so it looks very natural and elegant. I am satisfied that it got rid of my old-fashioned image.
