There weren’t many reviews about removing only the ear cartilage from the nose tip, so I’m just leaving a simple review. Even after a second surgery, I felt that hospitals are partly luck, so I searched hard online and honestly the first place I went to, [Clinic A], had a reasonable price and was kind, so I didn’t look elsewhere and booked the surgery. First surgery: septal support + ear cartilage Second surgery: the nose tip was too high and visible, so they lowered the support and trimmed the ear cartilage And this time too, the nose tip was showing white, so they removed the ear cartilage completely. On the day of surgery, including consultation, surgery, recovery, and so on, it took about 3 to 4 hours. It was done with a closed approach, and because they used only dissolvable stitches without a splint or packing, recovery was the most comfortable of all the surgeries I’ve had. It took about a week for the swelling to go down enough to meet acquaintances. Now it’s week 2, and because they left the support in place and there’s still swelling, the shape hasn’t changed much yet. The pointy feeling seems a bit rounder and more natural? People around me can’t tell at all.. The visibility has faded a bit, but it hasn’t disappeared completely. My goal was just to avoid getting worse, so I’m satisfied.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJul 11 Anyone had removal without an implant?
From the removal reviews, it seems most cases had silicone implants inserted. I have costal cartilage + septum cartilage too, so is removal possible in my case as well? If it’s removed, will the nose definitely be lifted? T_T
