I had nose surgery in my early 20s. I had a hump nose and a crooked nose, and although the result is kind of a mass-produced-looking nose, the crookedness was corrected, the hump was corrected, and I am fairly satisfied.. People always say you have to keep an eye on inflammation after nose surgery, but I have not had any other inflammation, and it has been maintained well without contracture. I had it done with Gore-Tex and silicone, which were popular back then!
