When scheduling my eye surgery, the staff were so kind and they tried to accommodate my schedule as much as possible, which I really appreciated. On the day of surgery, I was a bit nervous, but the surgery itself did not hurt much at all except for when the injection was given, which was the most painful part; otherwise I only felt a kind of piercing sensation. After the surgery, when I got up and wobbled, I think a nurse helped support me, and I was really grateful for that too. Also, the recovery room chair was incredibly comfortable, so I think I fell asleep there for a little while.
