I had eye surgery by Dr. Hwang Hyo-dong at Hullyeong, and I got rid of my monolid and now I have a pretty double eyelid line~ I really hated my monolid eyes T_T Since my double eyelid line was almost nonexistent, it was basically just a slight crease? My eyes looked flat, and I had to put on heavy makeup just for them to show up T_T Compared with people who have double eyelids, I even had to draw my eyeliner thicker before my eyes would finally look a little more defined.... One reason I chose Hullyeong was that the consultation with the doctor was detailed, which I liked. Looking at the reviews, it seemed like they make the line cleanly, and because they shape it in a balanced way without overdoing it, I felt I could trust the doctor with it. The explanation was easy to understand too, so I gained trust lol The doctor looked at my eye length and skin thickness and created the line. There is still some swelling left, but the in-out line I wanted was made cleanly, so I like it. People around me have also praised it as well done, and now I'm thinking that once time passes I'll try doing my makeup more nicely too. Now that I have a line, my eyes look more defined, and I like that I also look a little more mature lol
