Nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage for a low bridge and bulbous nose

After two months, the result of the surgery seems to be showing well. The swelling around the nostrils has gone down a lot, so my impression looks a little sharper, and I even hear from time to time that I look like I lost weight. I had nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage at [Clinic A], and Director Lee explained the material characteristics and the recovery process honestly, which made me trust him. He also showed the swelling going down in detail with photos. For a nose like mine, the tip is very wide and the skin is on the thicker side, so there are limits to shaping it unless autologous costal cartilage is used, and he said there could be a situation where the tip spreads out again later, so I went with autologous costal cartilage. My nostrils were a pretty big stress for me, so I asked whether nostril reduction was also necessary, and he said it was not really needed and that the bulbous nose correction would be sufficient, so my trust in the director increased even before surgery. Right after surgery, the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested hurt a little, but it does not hurt now, and only a very slight scar remains. I am satisfied that the nose tip shape has come alive again, and above all, I did not want it to look obviously operated on, but it seems to have come out very naturally, so overall I think it turned out well.
