It’s already been 2 years since I had revision eye surgery and nose surgery. In the past, I had uneven eyes and my double eyelids looked unnatural, so my expression was vague, and my nose had a hump and was short with nostrils showing, which caused me a lot of stress... After thinking it over, I chose DA, which is famous for male cosmetic surgery, and now I have a natural straight line and a clear eye shape that fit my face perfectly. Personally I’m very satisfied, but I’m curious how it looks to others haha Actually, having eye and nose surgery at the same time can feel burdensome, but there were many men in the waiting room with concerns similar to mine, so I didn’t feel awkward haha. During the consultation, the director also did a great job designing something understated and not too much, in a way that suits men, which I liked. They also reflected my opinions well! I wanted the nose to be a bit more dramatic, but since it was my first nose surgery and using autologous costal cartilage felt too much in terms of scar burden, they used donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage, lowered the nasal tip, and removed the hump, so the side profile became clearly sharper bb What I especially liked was the safety system: several anesthesiologists were on site, and the emergency response system was well set up at a university-hospital level, so I felt safer having surgery there than at a private clinic haha. Even after 2 years, there’s no loosening or distortion and it has held up well, so I really think it was the right choice to do the eye and nose surgeries together at DA!
