I have severe ptosis, so after thinking it over I decided to get eye-correction surgery. I had consultations at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], and even though [Clinic B] was a bit more expensive, I chose it because the director gave me a very detailed consultation. But there’s one thing I’m still unsure about: whether I should get an epicanthoplasty or not. I don’t think I need anything on the outer or lower part, and at both [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] the coordinators said it would be good if I did it, while the surgeons said it was up to me or something like, "why bother?". I’d like some opinions. I don’t really know much about the eye area, so I can’t picture what would happen if I do canthoplasty.
