I had severe rhinitis, so my nose was blocked every time I slept, but now I hardly feel any stuffiness when breathing, and I like my side profile too. I received both functional and cosmetic treatment at G&G Hospital. When I first thought about getting nose surgery, I was scared and worried that it might become too much, but after the consultation I understood why people do it. I liked that it was an ENT hospital, and hearing that many men get surgery there made me feel even more at ease. Comparing before and after, I think my facial image has improved a lot ^^ After surgery, the director said I had a fairly severe septal deviation, but that I would not have nasal congestion anymore. Being able to breathe comfortably really feels like a relief.. I had a custom implant placed in the bridge, and it looks natural and good. The existing silicone looked too obviously cosmetic and too thin, so I did not like it. As the swelling went down, it suited my face better and better, and even my friends said I looked like a completely new person lol
