It's decent overall, and the staff are all quite kind, so I go there often. The waiting area before treatment is clean, and the ice roller they gave me for numbing was also clean, which I liked. After the Botox injection, they explain aftercare and various things before you leave. A lot of places just do it carelessly because it's an event, but I like that they don't do that here. I recommend this clinic to people living in Cheongju. I've only had Botox so far, but now that I'm planning to try other procedures too, I'll keep going regularly.
