I was extremely stressed about jowls and a double chin, so I finally worked up the courage to go around for consultations on thread lifting and facial liposuction. I had only been searching online all the time, but I got frustrated and went in person. I am just going to leave a short note about my honest impressions so people like me who are worried because their jawline has collapsed can use it as a reference. This is absolutely not an ad, just my own in-person review. I did not actually gain that much weight, but even if I lowered my head a little, I would get a double chin, and because the flesh beside my mouth and the jowls sagged, I looked like I had a bad expression, which was stressful. I also tried lasers like InMode and Shurink, but by my standards they were not dramatic enough, so I decided to book consultations to just remove the fat and pull everything up decisively. Comparing two hospitals: I was too lazy to visit more than two, so I picked just the two that seemed best to me and went. Natural-style clinic A: The director touched my face and said the cheek area was more about skin sagging than fat, so he did not over-treat me. He suggested doing liposuction only on the double chin and lightly lifting the sagging jowls with mint threads or something similar. He also bluntly warned me that being too greedy would cause cheek hollowness later, which made me trust him. Clinic B with a more glamorous effect style: Here they clearly preferred a more dramatic line change. They suggested full jawline liposuction, plus muscle fixation, and then pulling everything tight with a highly supportive thread. The director was very confident, so it was tempting; he pitched that you can get a celebrity-like jawline without shaving bone. What I felt after going: Fat and threads seem like a set. If the fat is heavy, even if you pull with threads it will sag again quickly. They said you have to remove the fat to make it lighter, then secure it with threads to make the result last longer. Each doctor has a very different style. If you want something natural, it seems like Clinic A is the one; if you want a sharply sculpted jawline that sticks down firmly, maybe Clinic B is the place to go. I am torn between going the safe route and going somewhere with a stronger effect. Has anyone had surgery with this combination? If anyone knows how much swelling or pain there is, please leave tips in the comments. I am losing my mind from decision paralysis

Lifting Reviews@lifting-reviewJun 25 Anyone with cheekbones considering thread lifting?
