FI under-eye consultation review

I have been going around getting consultations for under-eye fat repositioning. I have visited 4 places in total, and among them, I will write about the consultation at FI, which was the best. First, FI is a one-doctor clinic and the director is there. The consultation went in this order: manager -> doctor. The doctor looked at the condition under my eyes in great detail and explained the direction of the under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and they really do not recommend extra procedures and do not do unnecessary things. These days, when I look at reviews, a lot of places do under-eye fat repositioning together with fat grafting, so I asked whether I needed that too, and they clearly told me that my eyes did not really need it, which gave me a strong sense that there was no overtreatment. (The manager also did not force reservations or push extra procedures, so I felt at ease.) Also, while reading reviews, I saw the term septum reinforcement and asked about it? To be honest, I was asking without really knowing what septum reinforcement meant, but it felt like I got a private lecture from the doctor lol It was the first time I actually understood it lol The doctor explained when septum reinforcement is needed and why I do not need it. From what I heard, it is not something that is always mandatory or always unnecessary; it seems they only do it when needed, depending on eye condition and age group. Overall consultation and concerns after visiting multiple clinics This time I went to a total of 4 consultations, right? But honestly, the other hospitals were so bad that there was almost nothing worth writing about in the consultation review.. I got the impression that everyone was talking about under-eye fat repositioning as if it were easy and light, which bothered me a bit. No matter how common the surgery is these days, it is still surgery near the eyes, so treating it too lightly actually made me more anxious Did I just go to especially bad hospitals...? At this point I am torn between just getting the surgery at FI, where they took my condition seriously and gave a proper consultation, or thinking a bit more and finding more hospitals to consult with. If I find a good hospital while continuing consultations, I will post another consultation review..
