Nose Surgery Reviews

Trip report for a bulbous nose and low nose

First, I looked for places that did not charge much for consultations, or did not charge at all. I wanted to try a free consultation first and then go to places that charge later. 1. [Clinic A] (free consultation) This place is kind of a factory-style hospital and very big. I went because it is famous for angel noses. But they said my nose would not work for that.. I got an open approach consultation. Silicone/septum (no improvement for uneven nostrils), functional nose also possible (my rhinitis is really severe..) Esthetic nose: 320, functional nose: 220? That was the quote (I went there as a learning experience, so it was not especially... just okay) 2. [Clinic B] (Director [Doctor A]) (free consultation) This place is famous for revision surgery and mostly uses costal cartilage. I do not like noses that look too flashy, so aesthetically this place matched me the best! And I did not want implants, but they recommended functional costal cartilage exactly, and the consultation was extremely thorough. They said the nostrils were uneven and they could improve that a bit too, but my nose skin is thick and my cartilage is large, so they cannot raise it much. At most 2 or 3 mm, they said, and they only told me the parts that were actually possible!! Also, they really make the nasolabial angle beautiful here, so I want to do it here a bit more. Even the consultation manager's nose is pretty. (donor costal cartilage 550, bulbous nose correction & nasolabial angle advancement, including review discount) 3. [Clinic C] (consultation fee 10,000 won) This place is also famous for nose surgery. The director has a very clear aesthetic sense, and it is definitely natural. They would even discourage you if you said you wanted to raise it higher. Basically, if you want to raise it a lot with costal cartilage, go somewhere else. When I said I wanted to improve the nostrils, they said no, that cannot be done, it cannot be done with surgery... They were very conservative... But! They were the first place to tell me, your nose seems like if it is raised, the nostrils will become straight 11 lines, so keeping that in mind, we should raise it only a tiny bit. They also spent a really long time on the consultation and kept asking if I had more questions. They showed me photos of people with similar cases who had surgery and explained how much improvement could be expected. They use only silicone and septum; they do not use costal cartilage. I am a bit worried about silicone because of inflammation... other than that, everything is perfect. Maybe because there are no discounts, there are not many reviews either.. (silicone/septum 520) I am planning to visit more places in sequence, like [Clinic D] and [Clinic E] as well... If there are people like me with a low nose, a bulbous nose, and thick skin, where did you get surgery?? And I am still in orthodontic treatment, so I guess it would be better to do it after the braces are done..?
