A long time ago, after I had a small mole removed with a laser, it left behind a scar that ended up being even larger. I tried laser and injection treatments several times to get rid of it, but the scar only got bigger, so I had basically given up. One day the scar caught my eye again, and I made up my mind to look into scar removal surgery. That’s how I found the scar removal surgery at Lowell Plastic Surgery and went in for a visit. Dr. Kim Jae-yoon explained the surgery in detail and also told me about the related laser treatments, which let me go into the surgery without worry. I always had a large, visible scar in a spot on my face that people could easily see, so it bothered me a lot. After it was removed surgically, I was satisfied right away that the scar was gone, and managing it in daily life was not very difficult either. Now I’m receiving laser treatment and also working on regenerating the red marks. The photo is a bare-faced photo from 3 months after the scar removal surgery and 2 laser sessions, plus a photo after makeup! With makeup, it barely shows! Even after surgery, they kept taking care of me so it could heal well, and when I had questions they replied quickly on KakaoTalk, which was convenient. There is still some redness left, but thinking about how much better it will get as I continue laser care makes me very satisfied, and with makeup it is hidden so well that others can hardly notice. Even without makeup, it bothers me much less than the old protruding scar, so I’m satisfied. People who know me say it looks much cleaner after the scar removal. I’m also satisfied to the point that I regret not doing it sooner!
