I have tried every possible diet and have had just as many rebound weight gains, so I finally went in for an abdominal liposuction consultation because I could not take it anymore. I had gone in knowing that because I overeat a lot, compared with my arms and legs I would probably need a large-volume procedure, but even so the cost came out pretty high, so I am still torn. They said doing the entire abdomen, love handles, and flanks would be 600.. I am not sure whether I should keep looking around more.. or whether that amount is actually right for large-volume surgery
