During the consultation, the director touched the fat distribution on the inner and outer thighs directly and explained how much needed to be removed to make the line look pretty, and the design was set very carefully lol I also asked about butt fat grafting and thought it was fine, so I did that together too. My butt was originally a slightly loaf-shaped one.. lol;; It has been about 3 days since surgery, and right after the operation there was some bruising and swelling, and the day after was more painful than the same day, so moving around awkwardly was inevitable. Butt fat grafting gives the best volume and shape lol I do not think you can get this kind of body just from exercising
