Consultation review for revision eyelid surgery at [Clinic A]

My eyes are complicated and this was a high-difficulty revision, so I looked around a lot and ended up going to [Clinic A]. First of all, as rumored, the director was not particularly kind and was rather blunt, but I had already read reviews in advance, so I was not thrown off. The tone was aggressive and the style was irritating, but when I actually asked questions, the answers were good and thorough. What was a bit unexpected, though, was that even with such a long career and so many eye surgeries, he did not seem to know much about non-incisional ptosis correction. My first surgery failed and made my eyes asymmetrical, so during the second surgery I had non-incisional ptosis correction, it corrected well, and I have been living satisfied with it for 10 years, but he said ptosis correction could not be done non-incisionally. He said he had seen surgeries done that way at a conference and that it was an absurd method and impossible. He seems like someone with a very fixed worldview, and from the photos in the reviews, even the sausage-eye revision line looked too low for my taste. I do not think I will have surgery there
