They said the alar base would need about 3.5 with an external incision, but when I asked what an internal incision was, they said internal means cutting along the horizontal line under the nose, and that it is to cover the degree of spreading when smiling, so it does not do much for frontal correction. It felt a bit expensive compared with the scale of the operation, and defensive. Overall, I got the feeling of: why on earth do you dislike silicone so much?
