I have deep-set eyes and like thin double-eyelid lines, so I chose more carefully. BIO: The consultant was kind, said incision was absolutely necessary (at that time I hadn't even shown them the line I wanted), and said I would need 5 minutes of sedation plus local anesthesia. An anesthesiologist is always on site, AS was within 1 year, and swelling and scar treatment were free. I liked the line too, but it was fixed-price so it was insanely expensive, so I'm still deciding. Dream: They said non-incisional was possible, but they kind of showed me the textbook example of a big eye and pushed me to do front and back canthoplasty, eye correction, and double-eyelid surgery all together, so I lost trust right away. They also used a device like the one used to check your throat when it hurts to set the double-eyelid line, which felt a bit over the top. 1-year AS, and honestly the cheap price was nice.
