I had the inner corner surgery done by 0.2 mm each, and for the double eyelids I just asked them to make it natural because I didn't like it looking greasy. I used antibiotic ointment until one month after surgery, and after that I only applied Noscarna and Scargon in tiny amounts to the inner corner area. Satisfaction with the surgery is 4/5 What I experienced in the early stage: itching, a burning/stinging sensation, a pulling feeling, a foreign-body sensation.. These disappeared starting from 2 weeks after the double eyelid surgery. The swelling went down quickly after the stitches were removed. Something like a tiny lump, similar to an inclusion cyst, formed and could be felt at the end of both eyelid lines, but that disappeared at some point. And I don't know if this is a side effect of the inner corner surgery, but I get a lot of eye discharge. I also wondered if opening the inner corner made the discharge that had been hidden near the epicanthic fold easier to see.. It's not extremely uncomfortable. If I do strenuous things like exercise, drinking, or rubbing my eyes, the inner corner area turns red. At first I was really depressed because of the scars from the inner corner surgery, but now they have faded a lot. The line asymmetry bothered me a little in the early stage after surgery, but now that I think about it, my eyes were asymmetrical to begin with, and it seems like the doctor matched them as well as possible. Now that the line has become lower, it doesn't seem that different. The right eye shows when I close my eyes. Since I didn't have eye muscle correction, maybe the sleepy-eyed look wasn't improved, but that also makes it feel more natural, so I'm satisfied. But I heard twice that the left eye seems like it is loosening. In my opinion, when I don't put effort into my eyes and look half-closed, the left eye looks more natural (so the double eyelid surgery looks less obvious), so I think that's why I heard that. I hope the right eye becomes more natural over time For swelling, scar marks, and so on, I think you have to live while pretending not to see them in the early stage after surgery or you risk getting mentally ill.. I personally think it's better to look in the mirror only occasionally and go back to the hospital only when it really seems strange
