I have tried nose wing Botox about 3 times, but it does not actually reduce the alar width It just helps control the flaring of the nostrils! It seems like there is a surprisingly big difference when making facial expressions, so there was a period when I got it about once every 6 months. It hurts a lot Tears just keep flowing.
