I brought an update on my thick upper arms as a bride-to-be lol It feels like I posted my last update just yesterday, but it has already been almost two months since I got the fat extraction injection... Time, seriously😳
Honestly, the change may not be super obvious, but people who know me say my upper arms have gotten thinner!! I measured again this time, and the total circumference of my upper arms went down by 3.7 cm💚 Seeing the number makes the change feel real. It was not just my imagination that my clothes fit differently
Before, when I wore a short-sleeve shirt, my upper arms would be tightly held in place, and I would feel self-conscious even when taking photos. These days, even when I wear the same clothes, the lines feel more refined, so I keep smiling to myself in the mirror... The swelling is almost gone now, so it definitely feels like a stable phase. It seems much more natural than before.
I also went for dress fittings for the photo shoot, and since my upper arms got a bit slimmer, I found myself naturally choosing dresses that show the lines more Back then I would have looked for something that covered everything first... In my current state, I think I will look much less bulky than before, so I am quietly looking forward to it.. Summer is coming soon, so I will have to wear sleeveless tops, and reducing them at this timing really feels like a godsend✨ We are also having the wedding photos taken soon, so I am going to keep managing things during the remaining time and try to refine the line just a little more!!!
