I had already tried fat-dissolving injections, and since arm fat is hard to lose no matter what, I decided to go ahead with fat extraction injections. Liposuction seemed impossible in terms of time, cost, and aftercare, so I went with fat extraction injections haha It's been a little over a month now, about 40 days, and at first there was some lumpiness and swelling so I couldn't really tell if it was working just by looking. But after about a month, the lumpiness is almost gone, and I'm definitely feeling the reduction in my upper arms when I put clothes on haha Because of the arm fat, I used to look heavier and broader, but now that the arm fat is gone, it feels like my overall volume has decreased? Everyone keeps asking if I've lost weight! I haven't done any specific arm workouts, but I've been combining it with diet and going for weekly follow-up care. They measure the circumference every time I go, and it's been going down little by little haha It's only been a month and I've already lost 3 cm haha They said the real results of arm fat extraction injections show up in the second and third months, so I'm even more excited haha
