It has been one month since my breast fat grafting, and the shape has become more natural than I expected. It also feels softer to the touch! I like that it is staying naturally shaped right now, but I heard that the grafted fat mostly settles after one month, so I am waiting to see. I hope it does not decrease any further T_T. By the way, I heard you should not lose weight after fat grafting, so I gained a little weight. Does anyone know how to diet after the procedure? Should I just eat less and exercise as usual? T_T
