Review of Under-Eye Fat Repositioning Without Lower Blepharoplasty in My Late 40s

Over about five years, the area under my eyes became very bulging, and after much deliberation I decided to undergo under-eye fat repositioning surgery. Recently I had also been busy with work, but people around me kept saying I looked tired. Perhaps because shadows formed as the under-eye fat protruded, I seemed more tired than before. After putting it off repeatedly, I finally made up my mind, consulted at Lowell Plastic Surgery, and had under-eye fat repositioning surgery with Dr. Kim Dae-hwa. Before surgery, Dr. Kim examined the condition under my eyes and explained what could improve, as well as the fact that in a case like mine, surgery would not make the area completely flat. That actually made me trust him more. Complete recovery varies by person, but I think I needed about two weeks. It was not a surgery that could be made completely undetectable to people around me. ^^;; Still, I could return to daily life right away, and as I recovered, people told me I had made the right choice and that men should take care of themselves too, haha. I can definitely feel that the previously protruding, fairly severe under-eye fat has been substantially reduced. I look less tired than before, and my overall facial impression seems a little cleaner. I think I will use it well for about another ten years (?) and then, if my skin sags more, I may consider lower blepharoplasty at Lowell. ^^ For now, I am taking care of it in my own way while applying lifting cream, and since I used to rub my eyes often, I am also trying my best not to do that. I may not look ten years younger, but I feel a little younger and less tired-looking, so these days I have been living in a pretty good mood. ^^ I am glad I had it done with Dr. Kim Dae-hwa at Lowell Plastic Surgery, and if you are a man like me who has bulging under-eye fat and is constantly told that you look tired, I think it would be worthwhile to have a consultation at least once. As you can see from the photos, I look a hundred times better than before~ haha.
