After wearing double-eyelid tape for six whole years, putting on the tape had become more familiar than opening my eyes lol. So if I was going to have surgery, I didn’t want to create completely different eyes; I wanted the fold just slightly higher than the line I got with the tape, with long, defined eyes and a cat-eye feel in an in-out fold. After looking into several places, I consulted with Doctor Lee at ES Cheongdam. He understood exactly the look I wanted, so I had natural-adhesion surgery there. At first, after surgery, my hands felt strangely empty because of my habit of putting on tape lol, but now I love the line every time I look in the mirror. My eyes became exactly as defined as I wanted without looking overly dramatic, and they look longer too, so I’m very satisfied. Double-eyelid tape that stayed on my eyes for six years… you worked hard. Rest peacefully now ^^
