A review after arm liposuction for a naturally overweight woman. It has already been three months since the liposuction. Lol, why does time pass so fast? The swelling and bruising have almost completely disappeared now, though I get a little bruising from follow-up care. I think my skin is weak! The results really came quickly once I received aftercare. I went after two weeks, and my arm circumference had decreased by 3 cm, which shocked the person providing the care lol. I did not do any special exercise after surgery, just light running and a stepper at home. Diet seems important!! The clinic is truly the best lol. They create an environment where it is impossible not to lose weight, and I benefited greatly from that. After closing my eyes and working hard for three months, I successfully lost 11 kg. It is not easy to lose weight as you get older, but me.... I may be really persistent.... I would have no more wishes if I could keep losing at this rate, but these love handles refuse to go away no matter what lol. So maybe I should target my abdomen next.... Human greed has no end!!! Whew....haha
