If You're Getting Arm Fat Extraction Injections, Read This First

Aren't upper arms basically a lifelong homework assignment? The way they look weirdly bulky in a tight top... it annoyed me so much that I finally just went ahead and did it lol I felt like I would waste all my time just worrying, so I just pulled the trigger. If you are getting arm fat extraction injections, keep this in mind! Day 1: Very swollen... my elbows were swollen too, but there was less bruising than I expected, so I thought, oh? Thankfully. The pain was surprisingly okay, probably because I was told to relax my body during the procedure. Day 2: The swelling noticeably went down, but bruising started to show up little by little. I applied bruise cream three times a day. But at this point my whole body was swollen from my face to my legs, and my condition was the worst... felt so lethargic,, Still, I took short walks. Day 3: The body swelling started to go down a bit, and my condition began to return. My arms were not very uncomfortable except when raising them overhead, and daily life was possible. But if someone bumped me lightly, it was honestly one second of hell lol I started going out from here. Day 4: As the body swelling went down, it felt like my face, stomach, and legs were going down too, and my weight dropped by 1 kg. Honestly, the arms were not dramatic yet, but the line was starting to take shape?? My body also felt a bit lighter. Day 5: Since I did not exercise, my weight stayed the same lol My condition came back, so I started exercising. I did 30 minutes of light Pilates and 1 hour of walking, and from then on I also started dieting. Day 6: The body swelling seemed almost back to normal, and my body felt really light. I could really feel that I had recovered. Exercise and circulation seem important? When I measured then, my arm circumference was 29.4 cm -> 27.4 cm. At the clinic, they applied regenerative cream and also gave me hyperbaric oxygen. Day 7: The bruising was turning yellow and definitely getting lighter!!!!! The arm circumference seemed about the same?? There was almost no discomfort in daily life, but at this point I only had slight pain at the tips of my arms~ The swelling peaks on days 2 to 4, bruising starts showing from day 2 and turns yellow after about a week, and daily life started from day 3. Once I started exercising, recovery definitely felt faster! Also, I drank water like a hippo lol If you are going to get arm fat extraction like me, make sure to use this as a reference!! If you have plans coming up, it might be a good idea to book while keeping this in mind!!
