It feels like just yesterday I was worrying and researching before getting Rams, but two months have already flown by! I thought other people might be curious about the changes since then, so I organized everything in a more specific and honest way. 🧡Before the procedureMy upper arms were thicker compared with my overall body shape, so my whole body looked a bit bulky. That was a pretty big complex for me. So my goal was an arm line that looks straight from the front without bulging to the side, and a natural arm line that does not look puffy even from the side. 🧡Right after the procedureSince I was told not to overdo it, I did not exercise separately and focused on just moving more in daily life. Starting around week 3, when the bruising began to fade and the pain started to lessen, I began exercising more seriously. About 4 times a week, I did fasted cardio, light arm massage, and stretching. Rather than trying to build muscle, I kept it light and focused on cardio to clean up the line, and I think that helped even more. Now I try to do it almost every day, so it feels like about 6 days a week! 🧡Medication and taking itI did not want to take appetite suppressants or anything like that, so I only took swelling medicine and a breakdown medication, and I did not follow a super strict diet. 대신 I completely cut out desserts and snacks, and I also stopped eating late-night food haha.. I drank a lot of water and just managed things by getting a bit of protein in! 🧡SwellingThe swelling went down faster than I expected, and the major swelling was almost gone between weeks 3 and 4. The residual swelling seemed to linger for a while, but over time it gradually settled naturally. When I woke up, especially in the morning, it felt more swollen, but even that became noticeably less and less. Drinking a lot of water, gentle massage, and warm showers definitely helped with the swelling. 🧡Overall satisfactionOverall, my satisfaction is very high right now. My upper arm circumference has decreased by about 6 cm, and I also lost 5 kg! More importantly, the changes are noticeable enough that people around me recognize them first haha. Even without me saying anything, I hear things like, “You seem like you lost weight,” which makes it feel more real. Even I can tell my clothes fit differently, and the biggest change is that when I take photos, they come out naturally well without me needing to worry much about angle or pose, and that makes me really happy!! Not only did the size go down, but the confidence and satisfaction I feel in daily life increased even more, which I think is the biggest change. As the line settles naturally over time, I think it is important to keep managing it consistently, and in the end, small lifestyle habits seem to have a big impact on the change too ^^; I guess that is true for most things..!! I am not satisfied with my current state, so I plan to keep managing it by combining exercise and diet to reduce body fat further. I worked really hard to research and thought about it a lot..! I hope this helps anyone considering Rams! If you have any questions, leave a comment~
