Review after getting lipo for buffalo hump and mushroom neck at D-Light. I do not know exactly when it started, but the buffalo hump was so bad that it was really stressful. Since he was a board-certified surgeon, he definitely seemed to know more, so I went ahead and booked the surgery date right away. What I liked even more was that he did not only emphasize the results, but also explained mushroom neck and what I needed to know before surgery, plus all the precautions in great detail. It felt more like getting treated at a real hospital rather than just a cosmetic surgery clinic? At the consultation, the doctor said that unlike other liposuction procedures, the effect would show more over time rather than immediately after surgery, but when I looked in the mirror right after the anesthesia wore off, the bump hanging on my neck had gone down a little, though it was not dramatic, so I thought, what is this? Did I fail? I trusted the doctor and waited, and after about 2 weeks the effect really started to show. He explained the mechanism? but I do not remember it now It is honestly dramatic now!! I should have done it sooner.. It did not really hurt badly after surgery either. And the doctor and the manager took good care of me until discharge, which also helped me a lot mentally. The doctor checked on me once more before discharge too.. I had never seen a hospital like this before, and it really put me at ease I was really that bad, right?? I do not even know how I was walking around like that For people who are stressed by the bulging line behind the neck like I was, I think it would be good to get a consultation once Posture correction does not happen overnight either, and I tried all sorts of things, but there was no dramatic effect Personally, if it is not bothering you, you can just live with it, but if it is stressing you out, I would recommend liposuction a thousand times over
