Already one month has passed☺️ Time really does seem to fly. I don't wear compression garments anymore and I'm comfortably wearing regular clothes now! After a month, the line is clearly more refined, so it still feels amazing every time I look in the mirror. I finally have square shoulders !!!! I'm so moved T_T Lately people around me keep saying I look slimmer, which makes me really satisfied🥹
❗️And a small tip for those worried about fibrosis!!❗️ It really seems important to loosen fibrosis quickly. At home, I use a massage gun while watching TV or whenever I'm bored, focusing lightly and repeatedly on the hardest clumped areas on the inside, and it definitely feels like they're softening much faster.
Even at one month, it's changed this much, and they say by two or three months the fibrosis will reduce even more and get thinner, so I'm really looking forward to it too🤍
