It's been a little over a month since I had arm liposuction at Choice Line. I had 360-degree arm lipo, plus side boob, scapula, and bra line areas. Now the major swelling and pain have gone down a lot, so daily life isn't affected. After the surgery I couldn't lift my arms up, which was rough, but now I can raise them to some extent. (They still don't fully extend straight up.) When I put on clothes and look in the mirror, my shoulder line definitely drops in a straight angle. The volume in my upper arms has gone down. I have arms without much elasticity, so they didn't become completely tight and round, but even for arms like mine, the loose skin has reduced a lot. They feel a bit more attached. Even from behind, my shoulders look square. (About the pain) However, when I lie down to sleep, my back and arms still ache. Since they remove all the fat from inside the skin, there is space left, and they said the pain comes from the process of the tissue sticking back together. This lasts longer than I expected, so anyone considering liposuction should keep that in mind. It's still hard to do intense arm workouts like weights. Since my arms are a bit slimmer, I'm now starting to worry about my trapezius muscles. Overall I'm satisfied with the shoulder line and arm line. I was worried it wouldn't work well, but I'm glad I did it. Now I need to work on getting my upper arms to stick in a bit more. I'll leave another review after two months from surgery.
