The inner arms and underarm area never got smaller no matter how much I exercised.. It seemed like other areas were slimming down a bit, but my upper arms stayed the same, so I just thought that must be my body type and went ahead with liposuction. After Roth liposuction, the overall arm circumference became slim, and once the accessory breast tissue area was cleaned up, the upper body looked less bulky from the front. The thing that wouldn't improve even with exercise is what I really like.. When I went for a consultation at Royal Line, they were very thorough and really talked only about the surgery, so I went through with it. Pretty satisfied overall.
