I visited for a consultation after a surgery at another hospital went badly. The staff director looked at it right away and gave me blunt advice about the things I was worried about, which was good. While talking through it, I remember them saying clearly that this place would not work and that place would be okay. I only wanted to hear opinions and did not even see the surgeon yet, but now I wonder if I should have gone all the way to the surgeon consultation. The fat grafting price felt expensive, as expected from how famous they are. There was not much waiting time, and I liked how honest the staff director was. I also remember the front desk staff being kind.
