1 day after abdominal liposuction at Apgujeong Trrr... review.^^

I have finally reached the day where I can leave a review after getting liposuction too ^^No matter how much I dieted, my abdomen would never ever... especially the lower belly T_TThe fat just would not go away T_T So after a lot of thought, this time I had liposuction on my abdomen, love handles, and pubic area!!Actually, I had arm liposuction once in my 20s..(I ended up gaining weight again, and the shape is not pretty T_T)So I worried and worried about whether abdominal fat would come back and whether satisfaction would drop.But the results from day 1 were so satisfying that all that worrying feels wasted ^^ I am smiling through the pain Before surgery, my stomach was... wow.. huge, right? Even on day 1 there is swelling, but it was amazing that the lower belly really tucked in!!I like drinking alcohol a lot, so they said I had too much visceral fat,, like a man in his 40s or 50s The doctor said visceral fat cannot be removed, and that they would not be able to take out a lot of fat but they would remove as much as possible and shape the line... and that I would have to lose the visceral fat myself in the future,, it was a pretty blunt but fair reality check... But oh my goodness, they took out almost twice the amount I expected, so I was shocked~ It seems they removed even the hidden fat very thoroughly ^^::​​I have experience with arm liposuction, so this time I really researched carefully before choosing! I will leave my clinic-selection criteria here in case it helps anyone^^​1. Is it a clinic that only does liposuction? If they only do lipo, they probably have a lot of experience, which is reassuring 2. Do an anesthesiologist and nurses stay on site? Liposuction is still a major surgery... an anesthesiologist is essential!! 3. And this was the most important for me too... do they communicate well before and after surgery? More than before surgery... after surgery there are so many things you worry about, and you end up wondering even about small things, did the surgery go well? is this a side effect? You worry a lot!! But Executive Director Lee Seong-hee was amazing not only before surgery but especially after surgery, because communication was so good. They gave one-on-one customized care, even replying late at night if I had questions, (does the executive director never go home~~~?) Honestly, you hear it once and then forget, and you need to hear from the clinic that everything is okay to feel reassured But even for tiny things, and even if I asked the same thing again, they explained everything so thoroughly ^^ I really loved that!! ​​And this time I even learned for the first time that the pubic area can be liposuctioned!! During the final check, Executive Director Lee Seong-hee recommended it because my pubic area was also a bit plump ^^:: Since I had never thought about the pubic area, I initially said I would not do it, but after listening to the expert, I thought, sure, if I am already doing it, let us do it all at once! So I went ahead... and honestly, if I had not done it, it would have been a disaster For people like me whose pubic area is plump, it is absolutely recommended when getting abdominal lipo!!!!!! If the lower belly tucks in but the pubic area stays plump, they said that when wearing jeans it can look a bit like a man’s private area ~ After abdominal lipo, I almost ended up looking like a man Doing it together makes the whole line flow smoothly downward, so the belly looks even slimmer ^^It has only been a week, but following the tips the executive director gave me, the bruising is going away a lot and the swelling is slowly going down too ^^And the surprising thing is,,,, I lost weight^^ Other people say they gain weight because of swelling, but I actually weigh less than before surgery.... (I really love the executive director) For the next 2 to 3 months it will be uncomfortable and hard, but still, I will keep going while looking forward to the day I can walk around with my navel exposed ^^​
