Liposuction Reviews

Breast fat grafting after implant removal (+ day 19)

Post-op day 19, a very long review Height: 160 Weight: 56 before surgery, a body type with lots of excess fat / now it fluctuates by +1 to +2 kg Liposuction is one of the top tiers of pain in my life, and what I was told, that the first day hurts the least, was absolutely true, which I felt very clearly throughout the recovery period. Still, after about two weeks I think I got past the rough patch, and now when I sit down it does not hurt so badly that I cry out like at the beginning, but there is still some pain that feels like mild muscle soreness. Last week, at post-op week 2, I had the stitches removed and had my first management session plus a PRP booster injection. Honestly, the radiofrequency care was so short that I thought, huh? Is that it? But I guess that can happen. They say the lumps that form here and there will loosen up, but I just signed up for separate lump care at a specialty shop.. sob, my money. But the PRP booster was really.. I felt so, so, so, so, so weird. They kept calling my name and talking to me, and I wanted to answer, but my lips would not open. Many people compare it to a comet-like blast, and it does feel somewhat similar. Anyway, it is not a very pleasant feeling, but since it is supposed to be good for me, I will just grit my teeth and do it.. The nurses remove the stitches, but the person doing the procedure was a little bit.. clumsy, so it was tiring.. (I was a bit worried during this process / not saying they were rude). Anyway... now it has been almost 3 weeks, and over 80 percent of the surgery swelling has gone down, and the elephant feet are gone too. The breast swelling has also gone down, but it has not visibly shrunk much yet, so that is still a relief. When I had implant breasts, the upper bulge was a hugeeeee stress, but it is gone now, so I am really happy. And finally, my left breast is bigger haha This kind of thing is such a real-breast trait, so I really like it. Also, I do not know why, but I get hungry really fast. I eat, turn around, and I am hungry again? So then I eat chicken breast sausage and boiled eggs. Also, because so many people asked about scars in comments and private messages, I will leave it here. I still have the inframammary scar from my breast surgery, and it is really ugly to look at now (dark pigmentation), but the areolar suture line used for removing the implant is, in my opinion, art. I do not want to exaggerate, but I am exaggerating haha It was aligned so precisely with the nipple boundary that unless I look closely through a magnifying glass later ^^; I do not think it will be visible. The two groin-line scars are hidden by the panty line, so they are in places that are not easy to see. The two under-butt scars are in the fold under the butt, and I can feel that the director paid a lot of attention to those too. The tailbone scar is in a place that cannot be hidden, so it will be visible, but since they were careful with the surgery, even though scar care is annoying I think I will need to keep applying ointment diligently from now on Also, these days recovery is at its peak, so the areas inside the compression garment are itching like crazy.. haha I do scratch them.. If there is one downside, it is that after surgery I had to eat even better than usual for the graft to take, so my belly is sticking out like E.T. So I keep thinking I should have dieted in advance (the director told me before surgery, but I did not do it haha), and maybe I should have asked them to take out a bit more fat? While I was looking into this surgery, I felt overwhelmed because there was so little information, but once I actually had it done, there was no real reason to write a review, so I ended up not writing much. I realized that everyone was probably just eating well and maintaining well, which is why there were not many posts. If anyone is curious, leave a comment~
