Just two months ago my upper arm was 35 cm... now my upper arm circumference is 29.5 cm. Compared with before the procedure, that is -5.5 cm. My weight also went down by 4.8 kg. The line of my body really changed. But do not think you can just rely on the procedure and then eat carelessly without managing yourself!! I also worked on my lymph flow with gua sha, watched my diet, and did one hour of cardio. What I learned over 8 weeks is that consistent care was the real key.
