Time really flies... I got fat extraction injections at the end of March, and before I knew it, it had already been 3 months 😳 When I first started, my upper arm circumference was 33.5 cm, but this time when I measured it, it was 28.3 cm, a full 5.2 cm reduction...!! Honestly, when I saw the number I was a little shocked too.. Before getting it, when I pressed my arm against my body, the fat that stuck out to the side used to make my upper body look bigger overall? But now my arm line is much more defined, so even in photos it comes out clearly different! Comparing it with old photos, the line from my shoulder to my elbow has really changed a lot Of course, I did not just get the fat extraction injections and sit around, I also paid attention to my diet and managed my weight in my own way, and thanks to that I think I lost weight overall and my arm line got even cleaner! Diet is a lifelong homework anyway... so using a cheat key like this once in a while seems nice >< The effect is so good that it makes me want to do other areas too...💚 If I have someone around me who is 고민해, I think I would recommend it without hesitation lol
