For three months I went to follow-up care once a week without missing a single visit, and I kept dieting diligently, so I kept losing weight. I wanted to exercise, but lazy me... I drifted far from the original plan... Instead, on days when I thought I had eaten too little or too much, I made up for it by moving around a lot Every time I went in for follow-up care, they measured my arm circumference, and I could see it shrinking little by little by 0.2 cm to 0.5 cm each time. After three months piled up like that, my starting circumference of 35 cm became 28 cm..! I thought it was just dust gathered into dust, but it became a mountain. Since they took the fat out of my arms, they said I probably won't gain fat there easily in the future either, so from now on I'm going to be careful with my weight and not go back to having massive upper arms again
