My pelvic line was flat and I was worried about hip dips, so I had liposuction and fat grafting consultations together. The doctor looked at the fat that could be taken from the outer thighs and flanks, and explained that instead of trying to create an overly large volume, the right approach would be to soften the line from the pelvis down to the thighs. The cost was a bit of a burden because both liposuction and grafting were included, but once I heard the scope and process in detail, it became easier to decide. In the early recovery period, sitting positions had to be careful, but I followed the instructions and, as time passed, the hollow beside my pelvis improved and my silhouette looked better in clothes. I like the natural change even more. It was inconvenient because both the liposuction sites and grafting sites had to be managed together, but it was not much different from what I had heard during the consultation. The cost was on the high side, but I am satisfied because the line changes showed up in both areas together. Individual differences exist, but for me, following the care instructions made recovery easier, and the changes by area that I heard about during consultation were very similar to the actual results, so I am satisfied.
