It has already been 4 months since I had liposuction. I also exercised and watched my diet, but I got it done because of my abdomen and love handles that would not go away until the end, and now the line is clearly different. At first, the swelling and tightness were a bit uncomfortable, but by around 4 months it had become much more natural, and the fit of my clothes is so much prettier than before. Especially when I put on pants, the changed waistline is the most satisfying part. I do not think liposuction is the end of management, and I am still lightly exercising and taking care of myself now. So I think the results last longer too. If you, like me, have been worried because a specific area would not slim down no matter how much you dieted, I think it is worth considering at least once. So far, I am satisfied.
