I wrote a post at week 1 last time, but before I knew it, 5 weeks had already passed! I had planned to write every week, but only got around to it now At week 1 there was bruising and swelling, so the changes were hard to see, but now that it is week 5, it is amazing. Anyone can see that it looks different... I am so happy My weight has not dropped much, but even if only my arm fat is gone, I feel slimmer. Lately the weather has been nice enough to go out wearing a sleeveless top, and even shopping has been fun!! I will be going to try on wedding dresses soon, so until then I am going to keep managing myself hard
