It has been 80 days since I had upper-arm liposuction, and honestly, from the first day after surgery for about 3 days I only had sore muscle pain, and after that, I am not lying, it really did not hurt (of course if someone touched or bumped my upper arm it hurt like crazy, but if I left it alone I would forget I even had surgery). I also had a few yellowish bruises, and after a few days all the bruising went away too (this may differ from person to person), and the swelling went down by 1 to 2 cm every week. I am still very satisfied with my upper-arm surgery, but when I look at communities these days, I see posts about side effects and dissatisfaction with surgery. But when I talk to those people, the common point seems to be that they compromised when choosing the hospital T_T Your body is too precious, so please do not compromise on price or other things, and check whether emergency care is available, whether an anesthesiology specialist is on site, and whether aftercare is good! This was my first liposuction too, so I looked into it a lot, consulted a lot, and in the end I chose safety first, but I feel like some of my friends did not do that, which makes me sad so I am writing this T_T It is not a cheap surgery, and it is my body, so please really research it carefully before doing it! I am writing this because I felt sad after seeing and talking about those kinds of posts over the past few days. Of course, it might be nosy to some people, but T_T it hurts to see posts about surgeries gone wrong.. They must have thought about it so much before getting it done. Summer is coming soon and I am not scared of sleeveless tops anymore!! I really look in the mirror every day and feel happy! I hope the friends reading this also have successful surgeries and feel this way too, 🙏 I will come back to share again once the swelling goes down more! Good luck to everyone today too 🍀
