Hi, long time no see !! I am approaching 3 months since my abdominal liposuction in Busan, and I came here to write a post to share information haha I want to write about the discomforts and impressions by month, from my perspective. Right after surgery: a hard feeling in the abdomen, the discomfort of the compression garment. Pain when lying down and getting up at the highest level. 1 month: freed from the discomfort of the compression garment, felt lighter. Pain when lying down and getting up at a medium level, inconvenient to strain in the bathroom. 2 months: the side waist line gradually started showing, and I kept looking in the mirror. No pain when lying down and getting up, but the lumps were still easy to see. The front tightness went away and the back tightness started. 3 months: I can now tell where my hidden muscles are. The tightness in front and back is gone, and I only feel a little of it when stretching. The lumps have improved a lot, but I cannot say they are completely gone. Now that there is no pain, I am bothered by the surgery scar. Right now my stomach is extremely flat. The fat below my navel and the straight waistline have really gone in, which I like. And they said removing fat cells would make me gain less weight, and it is true that even when I let my guard down and overeat without realizing it, my stomach does not protrude, and it definitely seems like I gain less even when I eat the same amount. My satisfaction with daily life is 500% right now. I will keep managing carefully and come back with even better reviews!
