Procedure experience As I get older, arm fat never comes off even if I diet. I struggled over it and decided on surgery. I expected some pain, but it was better than I thought. Still, it’s not to the point where I could work the next day, so I think I needed to rest for 3 days. The swelling is still there so I can’t feel the change clearly yet, but the line is different. I’m looking forward to seeing how much more will come off!
