I’m before my second forehead fat grafting procedure. I’ve already booked it at the clinic for August. Before that, I had been living fine with a flat forehead that lacked facial volume, but now that the volume from the first fat grafting has gone down a little, I really miss even that small amount. How nice would it be if only the areas that need it gained fat.. Fat grafting has a much bigger change than I expected and the satisfaction is high, so I really recommend it for anyone who lacks volume. I did it together with my nose, so the side profile change was even bigger, but even looking at just the face line without the nose, it changed a lot. It was a procedure I worried might make my face look too puffy, but it looks very natural (I did say at the consultation that I wanted it to look natural). For the second round, I’m planning to put in a little more volume than the first time.
