Even though I exercise and watch my diet, my lower belly would not go away, and it was really stressful. So I looked up reviews and doctors who perform the procedure, then went to a clinic where I got abdominal fat extraction injections. First of all, I went to a clinic because I found a doctor who used to be a director at a famous Seoul hospital in Gangnam, even though I did not need to go all the way to Seoul, and I am very satisfied. During the consultation, I did not feel any overtreatment at all, and I really liked that they only told me what I actually needed. The treated areas were the abdomen + love handles, and as you can see in the photo, my lower belly has tucked in. The effect showed up immediately on the first day, which was so, so, so amazing. Right after it was done, the staff member in charge of aftercare said the effect was already visible, which made me a little pleased.... There is bruising and swelling, but aftercare is included too, so I am not worried. I really like that I can go right back to daily life after the procedure, and I went straight to work the next day,,,, a Korean office worker has to work.... I will also manage my diet while dieting, so I am even more excited about the progress. There is still swelling left, so I am very curious what it will look like at the one-month mark.
