Today I went in to get the annoying bandage removed. After taking it off, my hair parted down the middle and I thought I was getting hair loss ,, My jaw felt scratchy and uncomfortable every time I swallowed saliva or water, but it was just because of the compression.. I thought it hurt because the wound was about to open up. From here on out I really need to keep up with the pulling exercises diligently ,, The front view area looks about the same as before (except the overlapping fat underneath is no longer visible), but the side profile looks so saggy.. Since it was double chin, a big effect from the side was inevitable. For now, I already feel satisfied starting from day 3, so I need to take care of it properly to keep this result, really! Tonight I should feed chicken to my stomach, which has only had porridge so far.... I’ll write up the before-and-after comparison once the swelling goes down a bit more. I’m looking forward to it!
